These Terms of Use govern your access to Chrome extensions, landing pages, scanners, diagnostics, email verification flows, result pages, checkout links, and product pages operated by Fintech RoomS, a product of Banu Support Scenarios Ltd (operating as Comment School and FixMyCommenting). By using these tools and pages, you agree to these terms.

Diagnostics and Results

Scanners, diagnostics, and result pages are informational tools. They do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Results are based on AI-driven analysis of your inputs and public data (such as LinkedIn commenting activity) and may be simplified, incomplete, or wrong for your specific situation. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

No Guaranteed Results

Fintech RoomS, the Comment Health Scanner, and related materials are designed to help founders and operators engineer their LinkedIn presence, clarify buyers, and build B2B pipelines. We do not guarantee revenue, leads, customers, funding, growth, or any specific business outcome.

Email Verification and Messaging

We may require a one-time password (OTP) to verify your email before showing results, unlocking content, or continuing a funnel. OTP codes are temporary, may expire, and may be rate-limited. Marketing emails are governed by our Privacy Policy and your email preferences.

Checkout, Payments, and Refunds

Checkout is handled by third-party checkout and payment providers. Prices, bonuses, and offers may vary by funnel, segment, or campaign. If an offer includes a money-back guarantee, the guarantee applies strictly as described on the checkout or product page. Payment provider terms may also apply.

Acceptable Use

- Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with our extensions, pages, or APIs.

- Do not abuse the automated scanning tools or intentionally trigger rate limits.

- Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

- Do not use the tools in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

- Do not submit someone else's email or profile URL without permission.

Intellectual Property

Landing pages, extensions, copy, design, diagnostic structure, Fintech RoomS materials, templates, and related content are owned by Comment School or its licensors. You may use purchased materials for your own internal business work, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, or create a competing product from them unless we give written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The pages, extensions, and related materials are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Comment School disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Comment School operates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
